It’s My Time…
I think 63 is m
y time to be free
And not shy away from all that makes me, Me
It will be a process this I know
And I am convinced more than ever that this is the way to go!
No longer caring about what others say
They don’t walk in my shoes everyday
How could they know
What’s in my heart
And moreover what matters to Me
As years go by we all have to learn
That living your life can only be done by You
It’s imperative to know
What makes Your heart sing
So You can make music wherever You go!
And yes sometimes You will have to say NO!
And the true beauty and what you’ll see
Is that You will land
Exactly where You were meant to be…
And there will be days when you will be all alone
Sometimes you may feel very very sad
And many days you’ll be downright glad…
The lesson you will learn is that being alone is good for Your soul!
Life is an adventure
With so many twists and turns
Some will be darker than the darkest night
And some will be brighter than a July sun rising
Sometimes You’ll run
And sometimes You’ll walk
You may even bump into a path that veers to the left and right
And you’ll have to sit down for a while
Until You know what to do!
Time will go by
And after a while
It will be Your time to reach for the sky
Then the Heavens will open
It will be quite the ride!
Please always remember this…
Your life can’t be lived like all the others
It can only truly be lived by You
Why you may ask
Because there is only one You
And in the end no one will answer for it
Except You!
